Definition
Job card is the work order for one vehicle visit to the workshop: the complaints, the jobs done, the parts issued from the store, the mechanics’ time and the bay used, from opening to delivery.
What is the difference between own workshop and the full workshop add-on?
Own workshop, included in Pro and Premium, is for repairing your own vehicles: job cards, parts store, mechanics and bays, with costs going to each vehicle’s P&L. The full workshop add-on is for repairing outside vehicles commercially: estimates, GST job invoices, customer ledgers, and insurance and warranty claims.
The full workshop add-on is ₹499 per month at launch, or per bay or per workshop user, as agreed.
How does the parts store work?
Each part has a part number, name, brand, category, unit and HSN with its GST rate. Purchases add stock, job cards issue it, and the stock is valued by moving average or FIFO, as you choose. Reorder levels give a reorder list, and slow-moving stock and consumption by vehicle are reported.
Can mechanics use a phone?
Yes. The mechanic role signs in to the same Android app as drivers and sees only the jobs assigned to them. Mechanics log their time and photos and request parts; they never see prices. The office sees progress on the job card in real time.

Frequently asked questions
Can a garage without its own fleet use this?
Yes. Choose “Garage / workshop” at signup. Fleet menus are hidden and can be switched on later. A workshop-only business pays the plan minimum plus the workshop add-on.
Does it handle insurance claims?
Yes, in the full workshop add-on: insurance and warranty claims are tracked with their amounts and status, and an ageing report shows pending claims.
How is GST applied on job invoices?
Labour uses the SAC and rate set in settings; each part uses its own HSN GST rate.
