Billing rules
- You are billed for active vehicles; sold or archived vehicles are not billed.
- The monthly bill is never below ₹999.
- Annual prepayment: pay for 10 months, use 12. Vehicles added mid-year are charged pro-rata.
- Trial: 14 days with Pro features, no card. If unpaid at the end, the account is read-only for 7 days before it is suspended.
- Payments online in India through Razorpay; GST invoice for every payment.
- Custom prices can be agreed for larger fleets, partners and other countries.

How is the monthly bill calculated?
Multiply the number of active vehicles by the plan’s price per vehicle. If the result is below ₹999, the bill is ₹999. Add any add-ons, then GST. For example, 10 vehicles on Pro cost ₹1,250 a month, or ₹12,500 for a year paid in advance.
- 10 vehicles × ₹125 (Pro) = ₹1,250 / month
- Annual: ₹1,250 × 10 = ₹12,500 for 12 months
- 6 vehicles × ₹75 (Basic) = ₹450, so the ₹999 minimum applies
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Basic to run trips, diesel, expenses, maintenance and alerts with basic profit reports. Choose Pro if you bill customers on GST invoices, settle drivers monthly, track FASTag or want WhatsApp summaries. Choose Premium for e-invoice and e-way bill, AI insights or the modules for travels, school buses, tankers and rental.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without a card, with Pro features.
Is GST included in the prices?
No. Prices are before GST, and GST is added on the subscription invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move your company between Basic, Pro and Premium.
Are drivers or users charged separately?
No. Pricing is per active vehicle; drivers and office users are not charged per head. The full workshop add-on can be priced per bay or per workshop user if agreed.
Do you sell GPS devices?
The GPS add-on covers tracking in the app. The device is bought from your GPS supplier; most AIS-140 devices work.
