How does a job card flow through the workshop?
A job card opens with the vehicle, customer and complaints, and an estimate if needed. Mechanics are assigned and log time and photos from the app, parts are issued from the store against the job, and the bay is recorded. When the work is done, the job card becomes a GST invoice for the customer.
What does it cost for a garage without a fleet?
A workshop-only business picks a plan like everyone else and, with no vehicles, pays the plan’s monthly minimum plus the full workshop add-on for customer billing. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and can be agreed per business.

Frequently asked questions
Can fleet owners with a workshop use this too?
Yes. Pro and Premium include an own-workshop mode for your vehicles; add the full workshop add-on to also bill outside customers.
Are parts and labour GST handled separately?
Yes. Labour uses the SAC and rate in settings and each part uses its own HSN rate.
Which workshop reports are there?
Workshop P&L, mechanic productivity, bay utilisation, repeat repairs, stock valuation and movement, reorder list, slow stock, purchase register and insurance claims ageing.
