How do I record many loads on one trip?
On Premium, a multi-load trip holds a list of loads, each with its quantity in loads, tonnes or kilolitres and the time. Freight is worked out from the rate per load or per unit, so a tanker that did eight rounds to a construction site is billed for eight, not for what someone remembered.
How do I control diesel and tyre costs on tippers?
Set an expected mileage per tipper and record fills with the odometer; mileage between full tanks below expected is flagged. Each tyre is tracked from fitment to removal, so cost per km shows which tyres and suppliers last on your roads. With GPS, fuel bought while the vehicle was parked shows up in Premium’s cost-leak report.

Can I bill a builder per load at the end of the month?
Yes. Tick the completed trips on one invoice (Pro, Premium), or use the contracts & sites add-on to bill from the month’s loads and log sheets.
Does it support hour-based work?
Yes. Rates per hour are available on trips, and Premium’s hour-meter module bills machines by hour-meter readings.
Can drivers enter loads from the phone?
Drivers start and end trips and add fuel and expenses in the driver app; loads are recorded on the trip by the office or from site records.
