How does the app help a lorry transporter?
Each trip records the LR number, load, freight and the advance given to the driver, and shows the trip profit after tolls, diesel and batta. Completed trips are billed on GST invoices with RCM where it applies, payments are allocated to invoices, and the customer ledger shows the true outstanding.
Which customers and routes are worth it?
Customer P&L and route P&L (Pro, Premium) add up the freight and the costs of every trip per customer and per route. Combined with the outstanding ageing report, they show which customers pay well and late, and which routes lose money once tolls, diesel and empty return trips are counted.

Can I generate e-way bills from a trip?
Yes, on Premium through the WhiteBooks GSP integration, including updating the vehicle number (Part B).
Do I have to type every bank payment?
No. Smart Capture turns forwarded bank and UPI messages into suggested entries; you review and accept them.
Can I manage attached (market) vehicles?
Vehicles can be marked as own, attached or leased, and attached vehicles can be recorded on trips like your own.
