About TechSlide and FleetLite
FleetLite is made by TechSlide IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, a software company based in Thanjavur and Madurai, Tamil Nadu. We build it for the fleet owners around us: people running 5 to 2,000+ vehicles who work hard and deserve to know which of them make money.
Why did TechSlide build FleetLite?
Around Thanjavur and Madurai, most small fleets run the same way: trips in one notebook, diesel bills in a drawer, advances in WhatsApp chats, and no clear view of which vehicle earns. Most fleet tools are built for large fleets or do not work in Tamil. We set out to build one that fits small fleets and speaks their language.
How is customer data handled?
Each company’s operational data is kept in its own separate database, not mixed with other companies. Files are stored privately and opened through short-lived links. Every change to financial records is written to an audit log, and databases are backed up with encryption every night to separate storage.
- Roles and branch access decide who sees what; profit can be hidden from data-entry staff.
- Consent is recorded for Smart Capture sources, WhatsApp, driver licence checks and the AI assistant.
- Support staff access to an account is time-limited and audited.
How do you work with customers?
We set up each new fleet with the owner: vehicles, drivers, customers and the first week of trips, usually over WhatsApp and a screen share, or in person near our offices. Owners tell us what they need next, and the product grows from those conversations.
