How does the school bus module work?
On Premium, each route has its stops and a student roster. Monthly fees are set per student, and the app makes draft fee invoices for each guardian or for the school as the customer, one invoice per customer with a line per student. You review and issue them, and payments are tracked in the customer ledger.
How does the app help with bus safety?
Drivers do a pre-trip checklist in the app every morning, with photos of any problem, and you can set it to block the trip until the owner or manager clears the issue. Document and licence expiry alerts arrive in time, and with GPS you get geofence and over-speed alerts.
