Definition
Cost-leak report is a list of entries and patterns that usually mean money is being lost, such as diesel mileage far below normal, the same fuel bill entered twice, or a vehicle standing idle while its EMI and insurance keep running, each linked to the records behind it.
What does the cost-leak report find?
It checks your records for known leak patterns: low-mileage spells, duplicate fuel fills, fuel bought while the vehicle was parked, expenses with no trip, the same repair repeating, tyres failing early, idle vehicles with fixed costs, loss-making trips and customers, and driver advances left unsettled. Each finding opens the records behind it.
The report uses fixed rules, not guesses, so it works even when the AI assistant is switched off.
How does “ask a question” work?
Type a question such as “which vehicle made the least profit last month?” in Tamil, English or Hindi. The assistant answers by running the same read-only reports the screens use, scoped to your branches. It never writes data, never sees other companies, and questions and answers are kept for 90 days.
Is my data sent anywhere?
Company data goes to the AI service only when a user asks a question or uploads a bill to read, and then only the rows the answering report returns, never a bulk export. The owner switches the assistant on with recorded consent, and usage is capped per company.
